A Mini Split is an Air Conditioner in which it is split into 2 parts, the Interior Air Handler/Head Unit, and the Exterior Condenser. The Air Handler is connected to the Condenser Via 2 refrigerant lines, and a communication cable.

18,000 / 1.5 Ton = 750 Sq Ft

24,000 / 2 Ton = 1,000 Sq Ft

36,000 / 3 ton = 1,500 Sq Ft

1) Inverter units are even more efficient than conventional units.

2) How they are wired for power:

Conventional units power to the head unit.

Inverter units power to the Condenser.
